Sometimes I feel this too, you are not alone

Sometimes I feel like an unwanted person. This is the reason why I do not speak in conferences or participate in any discussions here.

I used to do conferences before, but these days I'd more prefer like to talk to people one on one.

@20 I understand it very well, please stay strong and you're right, ultimately the person needs to want our help at least, I understood for example, that if I make a victim of myself, I'll never get better so I am exercising, meditating, spending a lot of time outside in the sun and started therapy a while back, really helps.

If this refers to my post, I'm really sorry to hear that... I feel you. We must understand though, that people don't really like seeing if someone is weak, talking from experience, unfortunatelly. While a weak one helps a stronger friend at harder times, a stronger friend will always say they are out of resources...
Stay strong and you know, that you can always write or call...

Sorry to go off topic. But just a thought. We can't be strong all the time. It's okay to be weak, and say things are tough. We all can't be superhumans. And there is nothing wrong with that.

As a person with a very low self esteem, there's nothing I like and a lot of things I hate lol.
But, just here to say, there's nothing wrong with negative emotions. It's ok to not be ok, sometimes. Negative emotions can help you understand some things, but also if you feel always bad/negative emotions, it's painful.
I know I'm not the best to say this because I never do, but asking for help is human. Nothing wrong with it. And there is always one person that would help you, I'm sure. Sure, if you want to be helped.

you are a really good friend, Kaito

First of all, I like the topic. What I like about my personality is that I always try not to let my emotions control my actions, which I don't always succeed at but still I do my best. I also realise my mistakes when I remember them, and learn from the past. Many things I've done especially when I entered university and the first 2 years after, I find them stupid now and would never do that again. As for the relationship with my friends, maybe it's just me but I would rather not say anything about it because I think this is for others to say about me and can't say it myself.

I would like to thank you and everyone who commented for opening this topic. Some things I like about my own personality My ability to always learn and learn; My open-mindedness, patient understanding of people's reasons without judging them, and my frankness.
