Back to Archive of group related things discussions

Title says it all. We're having so much threads being moved tothe archive it might be a good idea to categorise the threads being archived so that people can reference them better. Not sure what you folks think.

Do you mean create separate archive forums based on categories to which the archived threads might belong?

I am totally confused by this request. I personally don't have any problems following what's going on.

I don't, to be honestly. That's anyways a huge mess, catigoriced text forums, a mixed forum with voice and text instead of just making everything both text and voice instead of having sorted things with text and messed ones with voice and text. and now we want to sort even the archive though we have a much importanter or larger mess which seems that nobody of the admins or moderators wants t hear it, as every topic with the suggestion in it at the end got closed without any comment.

@post 3, that's it. Like I said, it seems like we're having new threads archived everyday so it might be nice to have them archived along the same lines as the main forum. IE, computers and technology, culture and art, etc.

It's a good idea, although such a change is not very urgent. In addition, I believe that it would be arduous and unnecessary work for the administration team to move everything in the archive to its different categories. that would apply to a new forum that does not yet have archived threads

Well maybe innstead of moving them to a dedicated archive forum the threads could be left in their originnal forum sinnce they'll be nnear the bottom anyways

hmm, no. In my opinion it would be fine that way, although the archive is not divided by categories, it keeps the forum looking good.

Pajper should just create an archive section within the groups context menu really. Would be all better.

I think that there's too little threads to make an dedicated arcive forums and make more mess than now.
About post 12 i agree.
About post 7:
Show me, (you can do it here, privately or by report option) which threads which contains suggestios was closed without any reply from our side. I'm really curious.

Don't you have enough forums to scroll through? You don't want them to be separate recommended groups, as we have. Ok, your choice. But, still, even now it's much to browse. by forums. If the threat is archived, you do not care abou it much and if you do, there's still research option.
