We've created a set of rules which are available for everyone to read. There we talk about warnings, bans and whatnot. Please, read them carefully.

The rule about contacting the council of elders should work in every community. If polish people have some problems with the moderation team, they go up to the council of elders and report their issues regarding that matter. The council of elders is not only Pajper himself but several other people, who to my knowledge react in a reasonable amount of time.

We have been delegated not only by the dev, but also by other people in an open Elten poll to become moderators, and frankly we're not here to ask you whether it is ok for us to move or delete a post, we follow our conscience and the rules of both Elten as well as the English Community and by the way, being rude, cursing and treating us with disrespect isn't a good strategy for giving feedback and being taken seriously in general.

Every human being deserves respect, also us. Just because we have taken on the difficult task of moderating this community not mean that you can insult etc us. No change will suit some people because there was no regular moderation in the last 5 years.
If you don't like it, turn to the council of elders. In the same boorish and trollish manner. I wonder if they will write something different back.

No. It works the following way.
If you have any problems with users, contact us. We accept any kind of complaints if they are adequately written and on point.
However, if you have problems with the moderation team, please contact the council of elders. They are going to turn to us and talk about complaints. The council of elders is basically above us.
