Well, finaly, I have managed to open this nice brilliant forum to write this thing.
But I have tried three times and only after few minutes I have reached the thread list instead of getting some annoying and non-informative error.

My friend still cannot open the forum by the way.
Sorry, this is just an act of whatthehell negative surprise.
What we suppose to do with that?
How we can report such bugs if the forum with administration topic is unreachable?

It's unfortunately a real bug which they couldn't correct for 8 years. :D

The problem is that after this one I even don't really risk to open bigger topics, as they simply load, load, load, load into infinity. It's a shame as this way I am unable to even moderate.

I don't have it either, although a lot of people have complained about it before and yeah, I would personally put this in Elten development, Pajper probably looks at it more than this group tbh.

I've also sent him a screencast of what's happening, but after a few hours I could open the forum once again, happy I guess? So that's how it looked like.

tbh just looks like bad network to me. I had never such problems. I mean sure, sometimes it just loads and then says error, but when I try again 5 min later or I change my network its often fixed. lol and also, great how the administration is making off topic themselfes.

It's not bad network man, I'm sitting here with 300 mbps in dormitory and the same thing happened to me today as well. It's shitty optimization, I'm sorry.
Everything else works flawlessly btw. Even other features of Elten! Which is surprising, because only the forum has bad days.

No matter what internet speed do I have, I get this regularly
