Astral projection is kinder good. I tried it alot of times. Was very near success once. I layed down, breathed deep and all that, repeated it for 1 2 mins. Then I started feeling tingling in my nose. After I started feeling that tingaling, I don't know how but i started spreading that thing in my head and went in a trance. Then I saw a person in a suit sitting on a tabble muttering something and that trance broke.
