Hi all. Can any one tell me, are there any settings that I can change, that people don't heare my NVDA or music that I might play. This has happend on jitsi meet, though I guess it would happen on other voice chat platforms. I haven't tested this. I'm using a headset by the way.

this just sounds like an issue of a leeky headset. try useing a nother mike

I just plug in my external mic and no one can't hear my screen reader.

Ah okay, thanks guys. I just thought that there might be a setting or something to change that. This headset is quite new, so I'm surprised that it would be leeky? Unfortunately I don't have an external mike. But thanks for the suggestions.

In these rare cases, echo cancelation might actually be worth enabling.

Yes I do have an external mic.

My mic is okay, it's good to do recordings.

@9, so was that the mike you used on the voice forum I listened to yesterday? Or was it a different one.
