So what? Cortana is voice on Windows 11? And I can install it?
why microsoft eva is not preinstalled by default on windows 10 and 11 devices it... uh... she needs a... registry entry to run on my device what? why is it so?
okay so i'll tell you why you have to use registry because originally eva is a hidden voice in windows 10 and 11 she is not pre-installed by default although yeah i i also do wish she was but i mean it's fine shut up would you please but i mean it's fine i mean i mean i have a an entire like voice pack thingamajiggy now for these voice for all these different voices if you guys want i can also send like a huge thing i might just have someone else i know uh because they also have a huge freaking folder of tts voices they collected and as well as that another person i know who made that pack for this microsoft for these microsoft voices um maybe they'll work maybe them and i will work together to like maybe create this huge tts like folder thingamajiggy did but anyways i yeah i'm gonna stop
Thank you for your explanation.
whoops uh someone forgot their microphone setup was not connected uh sorry about that uh i can't delete those though if okay we're good yeah whoops sorry about that you
and you're welcome i know i was gonna have to explain this stuff to someone over here i just wasn't too sure when or why you get it when or how or anything like that anyways
hi everyone again and I have a question what speech synthesizer I should use for best performance for my screen reader currently I'm using NVDA with RH voice and what speech synthesizer is most popular and and fast
My main synthesizer I use is Eloquence. I also use Vocalizer sometimes and Windows One Core sometimes, so it's entirely up to you. I recommend, if anyone asks me for a synthesizer recommendation, I would suggest Vocalizer and Eloquence.
What should I do if I don't like eloquence? In Vocalizer
I don't know. There are other options too, like RH voice. We have acapella. There is deck talk. Whatever speech synthesizer that you think you feel comfortable with or it sounds right for you, then yeah, that's fine. If you don't like that, if you don't like a particular synth, then just don't use it. Whatever your taste.
now see i'm personally quite partial to e-speak now uh your mileage very well may vary that's a weird phrase but i have been using that for going on seven years now uh e-speak max to be exact on great britain and it has helped quite a bit with my grammar spelling etc now i'm not going to get into that eloquence makes you illiterate discussion because quite frankly that's a whole bunch of bullshit but that's what i have used and i know people who will convince me well you should use eloquence because it sounds better once you use eloquence because you know this thing and that thing and then there's like give me a thousand reasons not to use it without even having to tell me never had any issues with e-speak also you don't need a dictionary yeah i do agree with using like whatever you prefer overall but
hey everybody this is Mackenzie back once again and as you can tell I have a different microphone this time because well that's not what we're here for today but check this out check out what we have on Android now yes we now have deck talk for Android and that means folks anybody's if anybody's a pixel user or a Samsung you can use this perhaps on Android so yay I think this is really good and well yeah
Hi Mackenzie, that's pretty cool. When did DECKTALK came out for Android? Was that been most recently or was that a few months back?
I didn't even know there was a deck top with android um also sorry my message is going off but anyways uh I figured I would also revive this because why not okay so for speech synthesizers I mainly use microsoft david and one core voices for nvda and I also mainly use sappy for everything because I can I know some people say it's better to use nvda you should do that yeah well I do when I kind of have no choice for example with crazy party I have no choice but to use nvda because there's no no uh sappy for a crazy party so uh and I don't mind using nvda for certain things but when there's something I can use for sappy I take the time to use it because it's great and uh also um I've never used microsoft eva to be honest I would like to but if you have to do registry files in that that's not something I feel like I want to do but yeah I think that's basically a bit I don't know that's basically it for me I like microsoft david and other voices oh and uh I used to like microsoft sam I mean I still do sometimes but I just don't know the best way to get them plus I have the balaboka app but I don't really know how to use it anyways that's
