I put forward a simple petition to the community, and as I said made it in such a way as to ensure that it was generally representative of the community. If I were childish, I could have said I'd close the petition in 24 and go with majority rules. But instead I waited a week, and set 2 specific targets that were difficult to achieve. Finally arctic wondered about something making sense. If it stays alive at all. It may sound sad but It seems to me an official huge english comunity wouldn't be to great anyway. Small sub groups seem better organized and the polish have lots of groups/forums too with their own moderators if I'm not mistaken.
