I've installed them too: They don't work, but when you run NVDA or Balabolka or whatever as an admin they do.

OK that's just weird, they should work without other programs like NVDA being run as admin.

oh yeah, forgot about that trick, what you can do is scrole to the nvda.exe file, go under propertys, go under compatibillitty, and check the run as admin box, this will allow more voices from back in the day to play nice with nvda.

The only voices I've seen that require you to run a TTS program as admin are eloquence versions pre 5.0, and those are SAPI 4 voices.
