I think it may be a combination of the two. Language podcasts are not bad but you also need to learn to read and write the language; not only just speak.

Read books for example on braille display, listening books on your level and do exercises.

Hmm, I do mean.
But I thought online and offline solutions too.
#5 Tsunami
Hmmm -, and I haven't got a Braille display -, when what can I do?.
#6 balteam
You listening audiobooks, or read your synth txt books.
But when you like read braille books, you rethink buy a display if you will have chance.

Where can I buy braille display on cheap?
And what can I do basics of the language?
Example, I can't basic words, etc.

Heh good display cost probably 3000 euro or more, you can buy small display but it isuncomfortable.
If you want to learn basic words, you just read books or level a2, or b1, or you write on google search for example: animals in english or smoething.
You can also do exercises on difference sites. Probably you have some sites which teach english in your language.
#10 Tsunami
Level a2, or b1 -,what are these?
Huh, I don't mean, sorry -, I learn even the English to four years.
Smoething -, what's it?
#11 balteam
you can do test and look what is your english level, here you have more information.

Yeah, agreed, Duolingo is a good solution, but it teaches you its' sentences and it's not really practical. But it's good for a solution. I've recently started czech with that but I haven't practised for months now.
#19 Tsunami
I do not like Doulingo because it isn't incorrect.

It isn't incorrect? What the hell do you mean by that? Lol
