If you think it was the shopkeeper himself, better turn to the police, if you have proof. If you don't, then let it go, you won't win.

You could go for a blood test, though I guess it would depend if whatever it was, is stil in your system. Such things are difficult to proov.
When I was a teenager, I went out for a breakfast, had a milkshake. And a few hours later, lets say I wasn't myself. The hospital said I had an alergic reaction, which is strange, since I'm usually not alergic to those kinds of products. I can only think that's what happend to me. So In the end, I forgot about it, and went on with life.

I know it's harsh but at this point you can't do anything. If you turn to the police and you say you just know it was the shopkeeper, they are going to laugh at you as you can't provide an usable, valid proof.
