go to tools>create portable version

Oh, so there was an option which alows you to make the portable without going with your settings, so you can configure it the way you like and you won't have to deal with my things.
Unfortunatelly, you'll probably have to reconfigure the elten portable from scratch or coppy some files from the stable one to the portable, and done.
Here it is. Unzip it and go to elten.exe, and done.
