No, it isn't! It is you buy, and if yu don't rebuy it after the year, you loose the features. Yea, its a year thing and you have to rebuy it, but its not like, you can't get out and it forces you to pay untill one time. Thats a subscription for me, a thing wich allways buys automatic, but this isn't imo.
