Not true. Someone made a patch for it, at least for NVDA, and it's available on Jake Gross's site, which is sometimes not available. The add-on for NVDA is called Neural Voices.

When you get there, look for Neural Voices.

I've seen nothing about the Narrator voices ported to work with JAWS.
