Problem with My Instagram

Hello.
I don't know, if It is just problem with new accounts. But, when I have opened Instagram's website, there is manytimes refreshing page to check and accept. After that is page with title 'Page not found'.
How to deal with this problem?

What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing cache/cookies on that browser? Have you tried accessing the site from other browsers or devices?

Yes, I have tried every things. I use Firefox, but I have tried It from Chrome and Brave too. But, with same issue.

Problem continues, I don't know why. I have tried to use It on different browser, but with similar reason. Strange is, that this problem is only there, when I have logged in to My account.
So, My account is created, but I can't use It right now, due to this problem.

is it a firewall, network thing, is it blocked in your country / region?

I don't know actually, but in Slovakia Instagram isn't blocked. Maybe It is blocked by My network provider. I don't know.

But It is strange, that most of websites works fine.
