Hey guys,
Whenever I install macOS Monterey in a virtual machine in VMWare, I get an error that says something like The installation cannot proceed because the installer is dammaged. Redownload the installer and try again. Can someone please fix this issue?

I mean, uh, the vm is probably broken hence why it gives the error, so perhaps try an alternative site

Did you download the file directly from Apple or some other dodgy site? Check the size of the downloaded file against that on the site you downloaded the file from if possible. Also, if you know how to check file hashes, check the SHA256/MD5 hashes of the file against those on the download site if possible.
