does anyone know what happened to thehrtf thingy on conferences?

Hey all.
Does anybody know what happened to the hrtf thingy for conferences?
I don't see it mentioned anywhere.

Its here, when you make a channel, change it to mono, then you can choose the HRTF's affect, and if you create this channel, if you choose to edit your channel, you can make the HRTf sound to be in stereo.
