Yes. I have contacted Nedeljka previously. She tried to help me get to the last esperanto congress in belgrade. I became a member of the ligo internacia de blindaj esperantistoj and now discussing the idea of creating a youtube channel for the organization with her. She is indeed a very cooperative and wonderful person

She aided me greatly, outside Esperanto, when she worked at the National library of Serbia. Without her, I would not have been able to finish my master thesis.
By the way, tomorrow I will go to the bank to pay my yearly fee for Esperanta ligilo in Braille. Can't wait to receive the first issue!
