Hello, this is just a little website that I made, where people can get high quality ambient sounds and doors for whatever use they have for said sound or door. If you want to visit the site, just go to opensound.duckdns.org. If you want to contribute something, email opensoundlibrary@gmail.com with your sounds, and I can trim them down to loop.

Do all sounds have to loop? Some sounds just don't work that way, just sayin'.

Yes, all sounds on this site have to loop and if I just can't get them too, then I can't use the sound. Urh, I don't have any money to buy a domain so I'm just using what I have. If you want to give me money somehow, go ahead.

How do I set up a donation page?

paypal.me and get a link included for your account. pretty simple.

Just get a .cf domain or something.

Sound licence, I don't know the proper name for it, but you can download these sounds for free, use them wherever, but don't sell the sounds as paid. To Urh, thanks for the help. I will try and create myself a paypal account.

If the sounds can be freely downloaded, modified/remixed and redistributed, so long as credit is given to the original owner of the material, I think what you're looking for is Creative Commons (CC). https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

You can also access the donation page from the opensound homepage. I'm also working on a better submittion form, instead of emailing. Update to the site, there's now headings for sound effects (coming soon) ambiences, and doors.

you can use word press to make forms

I'm not going to use WordPress. I don't like it plus I don't want any advertizing for wordpress so I just won't use it.

Self-hosted WordPress sites don't come with ads.

Will it still say Powered by WordPress at the bottom?

Yeah, but that's not a big deal honestly. It's right down at the bottom, and it won't get in your way at all.
