Can't change sound themes

Hello.
So I just recently managed to get Elten o work, and I noticed that my Windows Mobile theme was gone. How can I get that theme back? There's no download option in the manage sound themes menu.

You can't change sound themes anymore. You can only change your themes if you have a premium package.
