There is now a new NVGTFallback Voice provider for STAR, and I am one of the first to get this set up.
I have renamed my Apple theme to Apple Official, so that users can distinguish between which one is mine and which ones are modifications.

I wish there was an NVDA add-on that lets you customize the progress bar output to use wave files, or a modern-sounding tone generator, instead of the traditional beeps. I don't know if there's any such add-on available, but if anyone finds a solution, please let me know.
Early this morning there was a major global outage involving the cybersecurity company CrowdStrike. Basically there was 1 software update, which rendered all Windows devices using CrowdStrike inoperable, effecting things like airlines, banks, and TV broadcasting services.
