Dear,
For several weeks now we have been regularly receiving e-mails beginning with the words "We regret to inform you that we are forced to increase fees".
Yes, inflation in Poland is at its best, and everything is getting more expensive: from the server, through accounting, to printing filaments. And these are often almost double increases.
In this situation, unfortunately, we are also forced to react to the situation. I've tried to avoid it, but for now, 2023 promises to be a very difficult year for all of us.
Therefore, from January 1, the prices of premium packages will be as follows:
Basic packages: PLN 60 per year,
Full orchestra package: PLN 200 per year,
Sponsor package: PLN 250 per year.
Until January 1, you can still purchase or extend premium packages at the current prices.

I honestly don't think you have a great chance of people buying it next year then if you increase prises

Not only that, but you are very likely to lose your english speaking base almost entirely. Most people are about to get a super reduced free spending budget as you are probably aware. You may be overestimating your value but if the choice is literally do this or shut down then I guess I understand.

Why? They do not have to buy premium features to be here. I mean this program is very much usable without premium features anyway.
#87 balteam
And I guess only 25 english users bought a premium package, most english users just use free version.

Yeah but those 25 users could become like 10 or something who knows. As you said. Its nt toooo much you miss without it, so making it even more expensive is a bad choice.

Unless, he'd implement more, indeed useful features making it really worth the expensive prices then
#90 balteam
There's a lot of useful functions, the problem is that a lot of people don't know about them.

But what to do if every prices are raising

Dear users,
Prowadnica Foundation has received a grant for a project entitled. "Research and production workshop on 3D printing and other modern technologies for the benefit of blind people" funded by the European Social Fund for 2021-2027.
As part of this application, we were able to enter a significant part of the maintenance costs of the EltenLink platform.
This project will last until the end of 2026.
As a result, we have decided to restore the original prices of the premium packages. As I wrote, we have managed to cover a significant part of the costs, but not all of them. We also do not know what will happen after 31 December 2026.
Therefore, for the moment, the prices look as follows:
For individual packages: PLN 30 per year,
For the orchestra package: PLN 100 per year,
For a sponsorship package: PLN 150 per year.
For the costs in your currencies just check them in a designated tab. :)
At the moment, premium packages can be bought until 2026 at the most. As I wrote, it is difficult to say what will happen after that.
For those who currently have a premium package, it has been extended proportionally.
Best regards,
Dawid Pieper

Okay interesting, the original prices are actually very cheap, will look into that.

I'd repeat Bomberman's questions though.
How shall betatesters test out all the features if they don't wish to pay?
And how should moderators react to different things, do their jobs efficiently if they don't wish to pay?

Then again, everyone can be a beta tester
#96 ArcticMoon
Yeah that's why it makes no sense at all. Especially if bugs from 2-3 years ago aren't fixed...
