Hi, I noticed in the Sounds Guide, there is a sound called Signal. What is that used for and when would people hear it? I never did. Does it mean some kind of error?

It is just a signal, a ding that is played in some situations like, as Bomberman said, running of second instance.
It is also used for debugging, some tests, scrolling forum posts when listening to thread etc.

@pajper yes, and sometimes i hear the error sound when someone signals me in elten api program. why not the signal sound?

verry extremely late I know but that was for elten's notifications before we got the additional 15 notification sounds that came with it
