keys like home, end, page up or page down get stuck. Meaning, they act like they are held down although

For example, when it's 9'00 o'clock in the morning, that the Elten program should announce it as follows: "9'00 AM. Or when it's 15:15 minutes in the afternoon, that it should be announced as, "3:15 PM"
