Other than the iOS app store, I don't really use one myself. You could use Altstore if you really wanted. And remember, tag your posts...

When I say tag, you must put things like Discussion, Question, Import, Release, News, etc. Those go in square brackets, and then your question. E.G. [Queston] How can I get tweaked apps on my iPhone 4S?

i would recommend tu tu app, if you rack it with apps manager and flex 3, or just alt store.
