Marc, it's just beautiful! :) I feel like this key is too low for you though. Have you tried to sing it a little higher? On the other hand, your voice is trully great. :)

@post766, yeah I flew over the audio and I see what you mean. Actually it was supposed to be working fine so you hear us well, but the last time we recorded we were so quiet that you mainly only heard the piano. But was the first time so it's alright I guess. Better not that close to the speaker rather than very quiet voices. It's not like it's gonna be on spotify after all. Or it's just beecause the camera had to be placed well so you see us up there. You guys may have seen it on my blog, but here it is again, my christmas present, a norwegian Instrument called harpeleik. A more recent recording than on my blog. Seven rows of major chords from b do f, 64 strings. All rows have got nine strings, except for the c-row, which has got ten. It's just for basic chords, but I love how these strings sound. So anyway, here we go. I first play all rows from bottom to top, and then just some improvisation.
Oh and in case you're wondering, yes, I did tune this thing myself. Sorry, that was my last post. I know excessive posting is unwanted in this community.
I used to have an autoharp a while back that unfortunately was stolen from me. I really loved that thing!!! I wish I could find another one. I love it's sound. It sounds quite simulare to the instrument recording posted above.
Yes, Lynn also thought Harpeleik and Autoharp are the same when I showed it to her at christmas. But they're really not, I looked it up. But yes, that's a really nice sound indeed.

Whew, out of breath now. One can tell it isn't an autoharp as when chords change the strings for the previous chord or chords are still ringing. An amazing sound!
Yes! I was hoping you would comment! There are videos of it on youTube, but they're all not as in tune as mine is. Tuning this thing requires the right ear, and the right amount of patience, which I have. By the way, I use Audacity to reference, using its tone generator. I know how the notes are calculated, so I just paste the frequencies into it and off I go! For the lower notes, I use the sawtooth, and for the high ones the rectangle without aliasing. But at some point, I'll just start to tune octaves of course. Oh, and if you love this, then you'll adore the bandura as well!
When I did have my Autoharp, I tuned it by ear as well. I have a good ear for notes myself. I may not be able to remember all the notes and notes between notes names. Lol. But, I can still tune quite well. I want another autoharp very bad. Lol.
