Hi. So given that pretty much everything is shutting down due to the Corona Virus, what is everyone doing to keep occupied? I know for me I get to start online school this Monday. What fun! Not.
As it is I don't have much else *resigned smile* some audio books would've been nice. But I haven't recieved anything from the south african library for the blind in a long time.
Not much, just started to go back to some games recently, such as undead assault, cosmic rage, and I might play some alter aeon again, but I'm not sure... Oh and since a really good friend of mine loves the jediquake mod of audio quake, we usually play together... And of course I'm doing online school as well, so I'm not that bored...

It would be nice if Elten would again have a media catalog. Then we could listen to radio stations and Podcasts; now that we are having all that time on our hands. So if you want the Elten media catalog to come back in Elten, go to the Elten pole and vote in favor of the media catalog. Also, invite those of other language groups to do so.
I strongly agree. All though, I wasn't on here when the media catalog was available. Itt might be interested to see what it's like, if it ever returns.
As for how I stay occupied, well, mostly my time right now is spent having to take care of some elderly family members who are not dealing with this situation as well as we had hoped.
My post may be somewhat late as what they call the "normalization process" is under way already, but I have also been taking online courses and learning Arabic and theology, listening to audio books, watching and uploading stuff on Youtube and messing around with my simple apps, hanging out here, and spending some of my time with family. One of the few things that this pandemic has changed for the better, is that I no longer have to reside far from family. Oh, and politics. I have also been trying to catch up with the breaking events and write my own articles.
I'm glad you don't have to stay far from your family. For me this pandemic hasn't been that good. Though that's another story. Here in south africa, it's level 2 of this lock down, which has made things a llittle easier at least. Although for me the easier parts started at level 3 a person could start going a bit more out at least.
