Hi.
If I remember correctly an application for jailbroken devices does exist called MTerminal. If this is right, what can i do with this app? Can i get full access to my operating system and my file system like under OSX?

It unfortunately isn't accessible, but yes. It is a full linux terminal.

I would call it "unix terminal". :)

that's very true, but considering you can do certain thins from within the terminal that can't be done on anything but debian-based distributions, I'm not sure. e.g. apt, dpkg, deb files.

Oh, thank you very much for this hint! You realy can use APT on an IOS device! I think you can install all the packages you allso could download via Cydia.

yeah, you can. anything in your added cydia repos. you can also do apt update and apt upgrade. also apt autoremove works to remove deps that you don't need.

If nothing else, you can install open SSH and gain terminal access that way by connecting to your computer and using commands from there. Haven't been able to experience it much for myself though, my iPod 4G on iOS 6 disappeared months ago, but I'll try find it to see if I can test how well, or badly, it works for iOS6.
