I use a program called openMPT

it oens .xm, .it and many other modules

how to download or make these files?

To download .xm files, you'll nead to go to modland.com, And to make them, you'll nead to use A tracker, or other editing software

and here is a nother archive, It's an .xm archive, so you'll nead to have foobar or winamp to play. I recommend winamp, though

VLC plays them too, but some are a bit quiet. Is that why you recommend winamp or foobar2000?
