[feature] [forum] Option to easily copy URLs

Short description
Currently we can copy URLs of blog posts. Would be useful to add option for copying URLs of forum threads, in case we want to share them to someone not using Elten, open in browser, reference on GitHub etc.

Shall it not be included in that big restructurization planned for 3.1+?

I mean, there was many requests for url-ing everything...

Yes, but it will be a bigger change. That proposed for 3.1 requires a lot of code, whereas this one is about like 5-6 lines, 20 with proper server handling, and will be useful immediately, including by me. ;)

Won't it be doubling and deviding functionalities at the same time? You know what I mean...

I don't think so. URLs will be useful also in future, for presenting our content to non-elten users. ;) Maybe we'll bring it all in a combined share window, but the function will be reused.

This issue is included in Elten 3.0.5 RC 3.

Hmmm, we haven't specific links to posts yet. I mean supported by website.
