Elten media catalog is now awailable

Hey, i noticed the bug that prevents favorites from being read and shared when they contain a large number of items.
At the moment, I’m missing the appropriate option in the Elten API to fix it. Either I’m not aware of it, or it simply doesn’t exist.
Please keep in mind that favorites may not work correctly for now. I’m aware of the issue and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.
Thanks for understanding.

Fixed:
Russian translation (thanks to user Monstricek);
Backend for managing and sharing favorites;
Error handling when your favorites are unavailable.

A pretty amazing idea by the way. I have not checked anything about Clango since time, too new for it. However, the idea of a radio podcast browser is like pretty amazing. Will test soon.
