The problem is not that you might not hear people around. Already the fact that you are wearing headphones in a company or next to a friend while you are talking to each other is disrespectful.
Who says I'm doing it in a company, though I mean, that's kinda my work, sitting in the office wearing headphones :p. Also should I annoy them with my TTS all the time, I think that's way more disrespectful to be honest. If I'm sitting at dinner at a restaurant or hotel, and it's loud, I just wanna enjoy my food and hear some YouTube, I put my AirPods, adaptive mode so I don't hear the loud ambience but still enough of the things that happen around, and everything is good. Why should I fake listening/being aproachable when I'm not? Of course, when you meet with your friends to activly go and get food, and spend time together, it's a different thing. But then I signed up for the social time and talking with these specific people. -- (ArcticMoon): The problem is not that you might not hear people around. Yes, Jonathan and arctic pls continue fighting I love it. Also. the headphone or airpods thing would just show me that you don't care to talk so I wouldn't bother. If you do it mid convo then it's respectless yeh.
another one for me is people pretending my eating disorder is oblivious. don't ask me to eat something over and over again when i am very blunt about not being able to consume it. you look like a dick
The point is that when you're waring whatever in public and you're alone I shouldn't have to have someone walk to me and start yapping about how they were left with only 33 chips after their mom's sister's boyfriend's dog ate some because he just wanted to quote(try some) and the bag was full. You see I have headphones in, it's loud, please shut up. Your contribution to the noise gives me more of a reason to keep them on. If there is something I hate and maybe yall don't experience this much or at least I hope you don't is when someone goes to get something from a drowr or cabinet and leaves it the fuck open. Bitch I'm blind, you know that, and you just thought it a great idea to just leave it like that? Then you have the audacity to ask me to close it. Maybe it's the people I'm around ...
About headphones I agree. The same goes for checking your phone during a conversation. Either you came to talk with me, or fuck off back to your online world in your warm home. Despite that, I sometimes use headphones while talking to someone else in real but... Only when I know it might be something important, or when I’m around several people and they’re changed the conversation thread to something I’m not interested in. In that case, it’s a good moment to check my notifications after not looking at them for several hours. I also sometimes use them when I want to order an Uber or food and it’s noisy around me, so I can’t clearly hear what I’m doing through my phone’s speaker. I have hearing loss, so that should be understandable. What annoys me are all the old people which talking on speakerphone so loudly that half the bus or train can hear them.
Sygnatura to może być w sądzie. Sygnatura sprawy np. :P
I also hate when someone smacks their lips while eating. If you want to do that, mute your shitty headset microphone bought for 5 eur, or I’ll mute you.

LOL Yeah tent to agree nowadays, generally I have no problem with people eating near me but blind people mostly do it without muting themselves and the loudness they produce sounds as if they were provocating deliberately even though they were not. I'm not sure to what extent I do it myself, I think i'm rather fine, maybe a bit louder than usual but not in the extreme.
good counter. It's dumb indeed. At least they don't keep spamming 69 anymore nowadays. How's that xddddd thing going though, haven't seen that in a while either.
Something that turns me off as hell is when someone tells me their iPhone broke down and now they bought a new iPhone 8 which basically is their third iPhone 8 and now they are my apps are all incompatible and I need to get a new iPhone 8. I won't tell you who this is here because I want to avoid conflict with this person but I guess you know what I mean.
SO they get a phone and then it breaks and then they get the same phone again but everything that needs to be modernised can't be modernised? Interesting
wtf lol. Couldn't be more specific. Would you say you also find it to occur generalized, as in, when people always stick with old devices or software even though they can afford an upgrade?
