You can, just not on the street with sighted people. In specified areas with driving teachers and stuff though... At least in germany, depends on the options in your country ofc.
To answer the OP, sad, because I still won't be able to drive it. Also even if I could, I'd be shitting my pants, because I'm pretty sure Trinidad taxes heavly on cars with engines larger than 3 litres
