Hello. Are there any programs that can announce the time at any intervals, e.g. every minute, etc.? And they can be programs for iOS and Windows. Thanks, Michal.

There's the clock add-on for NVDA. There are different intervals available and even alarms that can be set.

you can also use the steve's talking clock program at http://clock.steve-audio.net

Or you could use the built in elten clock.
