No, NVDA's python concel is very limitted to what it can't do, and you wouldn't be able to code intire applications out of it.
If you wanted to make something, just install python. It's not hard.

uh, actually the developer of audio game hub has coded the game with unity, and its cross platform, which means the stuff on unity is on iOS, android, and PC. This also accounts for the constant UnityRemote5 (TestGame iOS) add I get when I watch a ad to play games. Need I also say that the audio game hub for the iPhone hasn't gotten an major update since 2018, and the PC one since 2016?
