2 navigation sounds for themes

An idea, which some sound themes might take good use of. Making an, optional, focus move for pressing the uparrow, which will be used if it is detected in the sound theme. This is so that when you'd press up/down you could have different sounds. Would be useful for a lot of screen reader sound themes I think.

Great idea, we could then make the up and down voiceover sound effects.

Lmfao I don't care about voice, well, over. But in general it can be useful for many themes.

Maybe also a sound for entering or leaving the player, just because why not. For example in the playlist program. When you press tab to where it says player, no navigation sound is playing.
