Well, Germans are careful about being positive about their own country because of historical experience, but that can be unfortunate in some cases. So I'll say something here. I love the varities of bread we have. Like, we don't use white flour all the time. What US americans and brits call bread is not bread to me, that's untoasted toast. Not that I mind it occasionally, but I always need to toast it for me to taste good. And I love it when bread can already taste amazing right out of the box. It often feels more vital, more interesting.
