No shit. Usually there is no way to get something unless the people have access to it. I can't get 12 planets for myself either right? Because nobody else of people could get it from have access to that amound. At least not physical. And yes, 12 is inded a random number I have selected basing on my mood.
To return to the basic question, I only have the bgt source code of a version that I have got a few years ago by friends. Honestly, I've seen it not frequently although offline runners aren't that popular either. I'm not caring about rules currently because that community is dead and half broken anyways as it states, but I'd rather not want to discuss about source codes and their trading here.
Plus, I won't probably give it even out, firstly because it's bgt and I don't want to help the world to keep it alife, secondly as I know that the version this source code is is slightly outdated. I don't exactly know how, but it is.
