How do I use the healing cast? I try pressing enter on it, but it doesn't do anything.

even though it said in the game that my character was injured.

What does it say when you press shift enter on the item? Also you have to type the item with an underscore. For example, /give healing_cast 2

It sometimes it will say you don't need to use this. or it won't do anything.

that just means that your health is still okay.

That just means your bones aren't broken. Also when you use the health scanner, it will tell you the same thing.

this happens whenever I press the l key.
and I injur myself.
How should I go about fixing this?

That's supposed to happen. When you press L, it teleports you to a random y on the map.

Oh okay. but how can I heal myself from teleporting to a random spot?
