Hmm, I think you mean lucid dreaming, which is something a bit different as far as I'm aware.

I didn't realize that there was an elten forum about this. If you have any tips on how to do this I'd be glad to know. I can't seem to manage it. Once, I felt a slight sinsation of sort of lifting off inside myself but then I kinda fell back. Not sure if that was it or wishful thinking.

As for me, I have completed all the training, and passed the simulation stage, and I am ready for my first astral Projection, but I think I will need some time to practice more how to imagine correctly.

Please tell us more about your trip, guess I can call it that. Really interested to hear about your experience!

The journey began after I researched the topic on the Internet, and confirmed it from a religious standpoint. Then I began breathing techniques training, then imagination training, and then the Final stage, which is simulation, and it was awesome. Of course, this is not detailed. If you want any help, do not hesitate to contact me, and I will try to help with what I know.

Interesting. I didn't know that there was any training or simulation involved. For me, it was just something I did or believed I did.

@29 Hmm, I guess when you say imagination, you mean visualisation right? About the simulation I've no idea, sounds very fascinating though.

well, I can't do it because, I have friends who would stop me from doing so :p + it's more risky for me than anyone else.

Your friends would stop you. What do you mean?

And how is it more of a risk for you than anyone else?

Enemies lol. Bro thinks he's El Chapo
All that I survey, I could easily destroy. From time to time, it is important to remind these small creatures of the true extent of my power.

To be honest I had no idea what he was talking about.

I think he means that his physical body is vulnerable while projected, and that's the only time when his proported "enemies" would be able to do harm to him.
