Hi people! I am looking for a free spotify downloader, because I want my spotify trackt on my MP3-player. So I googled, and found some results. I tried everything, but the toolt I found were all just downloading youtube content wich is similar to the songs I wanted to download from Spotify. The only problem is that the things I want to download are not available on Youtube and it downloads something different. So I need a real Spotify downloader wich is free, because I can't pay, because I don't have any paying method (I'm only 14). So please tell me, if you know one.

Well at least here they provide you a full list of third party services which can get access to your data. None of the companies are kind enough to do so, although some lists would be even bigger.

Hey there! Firstly, this topic is totally allowed just because the folowing: 1. Elten itself has youtube program which breaks google's rules, allows downloading of videos and ignores advertisements. google prohibits this. 2. In spotify's license i see no single word about that downloading mp3's is not allowed. they protect their service from that but not write it in the license.
You can try opensource rspotify library which is a spotify client written in Rust. Of course this is not a complete app but as i remember they have command line interface like yt-dlp.
actually it is not illegal to share spotify downloaders here because the most of the downloaders get the name of song, then provide a download from the youtube :) so don't get surprised when your downloaded track sounds very differently and my version is: https://www.soundloaders.com/de/spotify-downloader
