hello people, I have a question like the topic name already says.
in the default notepad in windows 10, there were no line wrapping and I aktually was liking it really since the other things like word are making that, and also mush client does that.
so does annyone knows how to remove it again from the default windows noepad in windows 11? or do I have to download another editor for text files like notepad plus plus?
I would be very thankful for help since this is really going on my nerves.
btw. for people who are don'T knowing it, you can also remove the line wrapping in elten. for that, you have to go in the settings under interface.

Press Alt+E for the notepad settings and uncheck line wrapping.

What do you even mean by line wrapping. I mean that's what every single editor everywhere does, or am I wrong.

You can turn line wrapping on and off in most editors. I choose to have it on but obviously other people choose otherwise.

well like @post6 said, you can disable it in some programs (including elten, and notepad). I personally like it more than pressing every 3 sekonds my arrow down, but everyone has his own opinion.

I can guess that he want to read all of lines, no need to switch it every time.

Lol the grammar plus meaning of that gave no sense to me. With press your arrow down, do you mean holding an arrow or pressing your down arrow. And why every 3 seconds?

bro don'T take it 100 percent sereously. I mean in marc's language translated that I do not want to press my arrow down or arrow up key every feew sekonds since it feels like that the line wrappings are every feew words and my speech is that fast.
