strange problem in VMware workstation 17 player

hi all
i am trying to install a debian 11.6 linux on a VMware workstation 17 player vertual machine... when i start the installation process with speach synthisis... all gos normal before installing the system... when i get to installing the system i navegated away from the vertual machine to talk to someone on elten anyway it got to 60 percent after a while: i got back to the vertual machine... and i pressed the numpad5 key the screen reader did not speak... when i go check with OCR i see something about a watchdog or something like that...
can someone help me to fix this problem?
