You may have to turn on something in the notification settings. I'm not sure because I don't use a chime app anymore, but I think it's critical notifications you need to enable to get it working.
Off the spinner, to the skinner, it chops off layers, now I'm thinner.

Maybe, but Hourly app is working. It is not my favourite chime app, but it's fine. I really wish Chime, Timecheck your way app would come back.

What is altstall? And can you find ipa's bye just searching on google? I never use that.

altstore is an thing for ios that you can use to install .ipa ios apps. but process is complicated to explain and .ipa apps can be found on google

AltStore is life! Sideloadly is another solution you can use. Be careful, though, as the app might not be optimized for higher versions of iOS. I found that out the hard way when I sideloaded Audio Defence and the audio was all weird.
