to post 79, no, that was SVox Markus, a German voice.

I have something called Svox Pico and it does have a female German voice and other female voices. It has no male voices though. So is this something else?
And let me attach something relevant so as to not post off-topic content.

Well, Google used to use the SVox voices for their translation service, and they had the piko version built into android, where they compressed the voices. The male voices were never available through them.
The following is done with Estonian ESpeak by writing 01.01.01 and so on. I used the QWS metronome for the rhythm.
