Why should I purchase Knight Commander?

Whoever planning to say, just don't buy it then, don't you ever do that! This is just a friendly warning in advance. I shall not be liable for my responses to anyone's senseless reactions.
I browsed through the AppleVis forums on the game and couldn't find anything that made it particularly outstanding.
So my question is, what is it that Knight Commander does have and A Dark Room or Medieval Dynasties do not? Are these all not similar games, except that the others are free? Do you have an objective in Knight Commander or do you just build, upgrade and craft forever? What's the purpose of all this building and crafting? It is a paid game and you don't even have a properly implemented war mechanism I suppose. Who is it that you have to fight? An army? Some beasts? Just some strangers? What is the point in building and upgrading if you don't have anyone to compete with? I would recommend Medieval Dynasties under all circumstances. It is free and a truly excellent game.
Besides, exchange rates are quite high and 1 dollar is approximately 8-9 liras here thanks to certain political reasons that I won't mention in detail here; so buying anything currently appears to be unreasonable here in Turkey. We need relative prices that are determined according to exchange rates and the average purchasing power for each region. You know, we don't earn as much as some of those who brag about their new laptops or other stuff here and elsewhere.
