Unknown Partitions: Can I Delete Them?

So I have an HP laptop but I don't know the exact model. I don't think I will need to know that anyway, at least for now.
So it has two partitions that I don't really know what on earth do: BUILDPART and HPDOCS. BUILDPART has no letter and can't be opened or explored, I suppose. And HPDOCS has DOS and some documentation kinda stuff, as far as I understand. Both have 8GB, only 200-300MB of which is used. Deleting and merging them with C: or F: (where I have my personal files) should free up quite a lot of space, and will be really useful in that case. What should I do with these two partitions?

It will be hard to remove system board partitions. If you're not an advanced user the best way would be to reinstall the OS, cleaning the disk.

Most likely not because they're only HP. I think it's just part of HP products, not the OS.

also here. I don't think this question is still up to date (2021)...
