Hi. I have some nasty uesr commenting on my blog who insults other users, using discriminating terms etc. I already blacklisted him but it seams elten ignores this and still lets it through. Is there any way of banning this user?

Yes you did. You said something like you start to get like stasp and that is the harderst insult i can give toa person or something like that.

Unfortunately, comments don't work with blacklisting.
Probably there is some plugin for wordpress to block comments of specific users.
