Premium pack question about activating using codes.

How much does it cost if you buy 15 premium codes for example?

aa I see, you can buy more codes in 1 transaction, so it's cheaper when you buy for example 5, because you will pay smaller commission.

Why can't I buy a premium package? I see no paypal option in the payment methods, just blik, bank transfer and some polish thingy
